The pre-order deadline is Sunday, October 4th, 2026 – no late orders will be accepted. Orders will be shipped to you directly via priority mail prior to the event.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted unless product is damaged. This policy also applies for event cancellation, all pre-orders will still be processed and fulfilled

ALL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION FOR THE LEGACY DIVISION IS NOW AVAILABLE!
DEADLINE TO TURN IN ROSTER ONLINE IS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7TH AT 9:00 PM. MEDICAL RELEASE AND LIABILITY WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETE AND HARD COPIES TURNED IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO FIRST GAME ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11TH.
Please check in at the WAGS headquarters tent upon arrival at the venue. If you’d like to complete these documents ahead of time, please print and bring those documents with you. The USSSA Roster MUST be submitted before the event.

If you wish to participate in the WAGS Legacy Division, please complete and submit the online application and team information forms. Applications sent via US Mail, Email or FAX will NOT be accepted. Please follow the instructions carefully. Any questions can be directed to the WAGS Tournament Director.

*All applications started/completed on August 17th or later will have an additional $100 late fee and will NOT guarantee acceptance to the event.
PAYMENT OPTION 1
This option is available ONLY through the website by filling out the Tournament Application.
VISA / MC / AmEx / Discover cards are accepted. Payments sent either US Mail, E-mail or FAX will NOT be accepted.
There will NOT be a CC Fee charged for any Credit Card payments for this event.
*Credit Card payments will not be run until August 1st*

CHECK / MONEY ORDER
A check for the appropriate application fee must be in the hands of the tournament director by August 14, 2026.
For ANY declined checks an automatic $36.00 will be assessed to the transaction.
